What is it that we do?

Based in Cardiff, Wales, our company is aimed specifically at international TV and film productions. We are a group of professionals, executive and reliable in our field, and we are here for your company or channel to produce any video, film or photo footage, - entirely to your demands. Together we have already produced a number of documentaries, corporate videos, adverts and films and we are very well connected in the local area. We work in close collaboration with film and drama professionals as well as equipment hire companies. If needed, we have the potential to execute any kind of project, no matter how ambitious or demanding it may be.

Jacob Kelbert
Producer

Having been brought up in Wales, I returned to Moscow, where I was born, and had an extensive career in Television and Film.

Overall, I have produced a series of international documentaries for the First National Channel of Moscow. I have worked for the famous CBS show "The Amazing Race" and have done various freelance work as a VID TV correspondent.

I was the first to work with the groundbreaking RED ONE camera on a feature film in Russia, as it was tested in the harsh weather conditions for Telesto - one of Russia's leading production companies.

Now that I have returned to Cardiff, I've brought together a group of professionals - my collegues, - to form Plein Air Productions.

Robert Clifford
Assistant Producer

Whilst studying for a BA in English Literature at Cardiff University, Robert discovered a passion for Film and Media.

He joined the Film Society in 2006 and won an award for Best Short Film at the Cardiff Student Media Awards. He has since become the societies' Head of Production.

Recently, he has worked with Kapaw! Productions as an Assistant Producer. His projects include corporate media work, and music video productions.

Along the side of film making, he has co-hosted a film show on the award winning student radio station X-Press Radio.

In his spare time, he enjoys writing scripts, short stories and poetry, some of which have been published.

Keefa Chan
Director of Photography

Keefa has been working in London within the film and broadcast industry for over 10 years, but recently returned to South Wales.

He has worked at Ealing Studios, Pinewood Studios, Teddington Studios, Kingston Studios and other Broadcast Companies within the UK. He has also worked as a freelance lighting cameraman on TV commercials, music videos, corporate videos and documentaries.

Following his passion for film, Keefa soon became the Director of Photography on two feature films, and many short film projects.

Throughout his career, Keefa has worked with a diverse range of equipment, including Super16mm film cameras, Beta SP, DigitBeta, Sony, Panasonic and Ikegami professional HD. He now owns and operates the RED ONE camera system.

In addition to the above, Keefa is also a passionate still photographer.
